REGAIN CONTROL
Stabilise pressure.
Create a reversal.

See the next move, before you make it
We help embed your company’s DNA in the way leaders decide, teams collaborate and people perform when it matters most.
Martial arts offers a powerful way to understand leadership under pressure: awareness before action, disciplined choices, respect for the other person and the ability to adapt when the situation changes.
Black Belt Vision brings these principles into the corporate world by translating real organizational challenges into accessible, practical scenarios. Leaders and teams gain a different perspective on familiar tensions, then apply that learning to the decisions, relationships and execution that matter in their business. Martial arts experience is not required.

Clarity. Alignment. Disciplined action.
Black Belt Vision brings together corporate experience and the principles of martial arts to create meaningful change in the way people lead, decide and work together.
Our methodology is built around 32 principles that make high-performance behaviour practical: awareness, timing, balance, focus, adaptability, respect, disciplined action and continuous improvement.
We use these principles to turn real business challenges into accessible experiences where leaders and teams can practise, reflect and build habits that strengthen the company’s DNA. No martial arts experience is required.
Black Belt Vision gives leaders and teams a different way to see the challenges they already know. By experiencing those challenges through the lens of martial arts, people recognize patterns that are often invisible in the day-to-day pace of business. That shared moment of recognition creates a common language and a practical reference point—one that stays with the team long after the experience and becomes part of how the organization leads, collaborates and moves forward.
Leaders and teams see familiar tensions from a different perspective and recognize the patterns shaping their decisions, relationships and performance.
The experience creates memorable references that people can use in everyday conversations, meetings and moments of pressure.
Values, strategic intent and expected standards become visible in the way people decide, communicate and take responsibility.
Greater awareness, judgment and discipline when the situation demands clarity and action.
Shared priorities, clear roles and stronger commitments turn collective intent into execution.
The organization develops a way of thinking and responding that is difficult to copy because it is built through a shared lived experience.
The result is more than a learning experience. It is a shared advantage: a way of seeing, speaking and acting that becomes part of the organization’s DNA.
Black Belt Vision was founded by Luca Gandino , an international business leader with General Director experience across countries, cultures and industries, including automation and FMCG. Alongside his corporate career, Luca has achieved championship-level results in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
His first methodology, Business Black Belt, brought the principles of martial arts into the business world and became the foundation for a distinctive approach to leadership under pressure. Black Belt Vision builds on that foundation through a science-informed methodology, including insights from epigenetics, designed to help organizations make their values, standards and strategic intent part of how their people think, decide and work together.
This approach is particularly effective when the organization is changing shape: during reorganizations, post-acquisition integration and cross-cultural collaboration. Black Belt Vision helps leaders and teams create shared understanding, navigate uncertainty and carry the company’s DNA into the decisions and relationships that define what comes next.
